Svalbard & Jan Mayen Islands Coastline of Tempelfjorden

Spot on the coast of Tempelfjorden, a few north of Longyearbyen.

Best shot on a drone AND in Winter when there is plenty of snow. Bring your gloves though, it will be COLD.

Only accessible via a snowmobile or dog sled. You may be able to hike in Winter with a guide but you would have to look it up. FYI This spot is not accessible by car and you will have to have a guide with you due to the polar bear threat.On Svalbard it is against the law to leave the perimeter of the town without a guide who is in possession of a firearm.
