This was taken at Sunrise after the sun had risen with the sun lighting up the rock formations on the south coast of New South Wales.

Photography Tips

Using a tripod and ND Filters I shot at the golden rocks rather than getting the sun in the shot.

Travel Information

We are located about 2 hours south of Sydney. You park at Kiama Downs Beach with a 10-minute walk south to the spot. It is best at Low tide and can be dangerous with large waves so be careful. Once you get to the rocks at the south end of the beach you come across the start of the rocks and walk around the rocks to get to the spot.
