This is a unique little museum located in the Melbourne Central shopping mall. The combination of the modern metal and glass cone enclosing the historic stone shot tower makes for a great shot. At night it is even better with the accent lighting added to it.

Photography Tips

Night time is the best time, but there will be crowds. This is a very popular place. A tripod would be difficult to use due to the crowds. I took this with my iPhone.

Coop's shot tower is situated in Melbourne Central which is bordered by Elizabeth, Latrobe & Swanston Streets. There is an underground station inside as well as trams running on all three mentioned streets.
