St John’s Richmond, found on the banks of the Coal River and nestled next to Australia’s oldest bridge. St John’s Catholic Church, the oldest still-functioning Catholic Church in Australia. St John’s was opened on 31 December 1837.

Travel Information
Richmond is only 25 kms from Hobart and is a beautiful town with many old buildings from the convict era. Parking is available beside the bridge in St John Circuit.
