Dickey Beach is a northern suburb of Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. It is the site of the wreck of the SS Dickey which ran aground here in 1893.

Photography Tips

As it is an east-facing beach the best time is around sunrise. Sunset is another opportunity for photography.

Caloundra is situated an hour's drive north of Brisbane via the Bruce Highway. Caloundra is at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast which also includes Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Noosa.
