Australia Jamieson Park at Narrabeen Lake, Northern Beaches, Sydney
Despite being on the East Coast of Australia, this spot allows you to catch a beautiful sunset over the water. It's a large lake that is super peaceful and the vibrant colours of the sunset reflect in the water. Only a short walk from the carpark.
Photography Tips
Arrive early to catch all stages of sundown and be patient.
Set up a tripod to stabilize your camera.
Experiment with shutter speed - a low shutter speed creates a gorgeous dreamy look with the water. Long exposure settings will give you a nice blurred water scene that is dramatic and vibrant.
