Australia Sydney Opera House - Hickson Road Reserve Viewpoint
Just a vie meters from the Harbor Bridge you'll get a great parallel view of the Sydney Opera House. Just in front of the Hyatt is a boardwalk and a great spot for a good shoot. Many photographers use it for wedding photos.
Photography Tips
Great for blue & golden hour + sunrise. We took this shot with a tripod and long exposure. This was taken at night but I can imagine reverse-blue hour and dawn would be a better time to get calmer waters and perhaps a better reflection of the Opera House. This would also be a great place to view Vivid Sydney - the projection show shown on the Opera House one weekend in winter.
Early morning before the ferries get too numerous. Preferably bring a tripod, but if you are travelling light there are bollards along the quay which you can use to take long exposure shots.

Travel Information
There are parking stations but they are expensive so I suggest using Trains, buses or ferries to get to the spot and then walking around Circular Quay.
Walk to the Dawes Point Park near the Park Hyatt Hotel under the Sydney Bridge. Free parking available in the early morning hours!
