Austria Florisdorfer Wasserpark, Vienna
The "Floridsdorfer Wasserpark" is part of the old River Danube, which was wide spread in Vienna before it was regulated from 1865 to 1870. Other parts of the old river are the "Alte Donau" which is better known than the "Wasserpark". There is a park around this old water but as I show in my pictures some natural spots are left to give birds a place to live. The building in the background is the "Florido Tower", It was opened in 2001 and is 113 m high. There are offices inside.
Photography Tips
Walk around and look for nice pictures - that's all. In winter the water may be frozen. I took my pictures on November 1st - as you see the weather can be beautiful in late autumn as well.
