It is an amazing road which climbs up to 2500m. Along the road you have a lot of good photo spots. And you can easily get to the Großglockner and its Glacier.

Photography Tips

If you can, get up there in the morning or evening, when it's not so crowded. Best would be to stay over night and get up for sunrise.

You can get there by car. Parking is possible in a lot of spots. Be aware that you have to pay a toll for the road.

Such a wonderful view Felix! I've been there a few times as a child, but during these times I never valued beautiful views or places like this one... probably a good reason to come back now and see it with other eyes... ;-)
