Austria Down the lake view of Hallstatt
Hallstatt is a must visit stop if you are going through Austria. Trouble is, thousands do. Near the ferry terminal at the south end of town, theres a nice view down to "that" church and the rest of town.
Allows you to capture the surrounds as well as town.

Photography Tips
Stay the night to get the morning and evening light.
Bring Steady tripod, ND filters for taking long exposure shots.
In winter the temperature is dropping really hard, so take some really good winter clothes with you and maybe also a nice hot drink.
For this photo, I was waiting 40min at -18,5 celsius (65.3 for the US guys) for the proper light.
Gradual ND soft and a tripod is a must-have in winter.

Travel Information
A parking lot is close by. Let's say 3 minutes from where I did this photo but it is most of the time full with cars.
