Austria Melk Abbey
The view from Melk Abbey a Benedictine Abbey founded in the 11th century. It sits on a rock outcrop overlooking the Wachau Valley and the town below.
Photography Tips
Take a zoom that covers a wide angle to a mid-range zoom. Travel light if you can because it's a tough walk from the village below to the Abbey.
As I found out during my visit in May 2023, there has been an absolute ban on photography in Melk Abbey for some time. When I asked "why is this" I was told <this is the responsibility of the cell phone photographers as they are unable to turn off their flashes on the cell phone.

I got there on a bus. Danube River boats stop at Melk. Be prepared for a difficult walk.
