I would recommend to go there in the morning, because there are many people during the day. I would also recommend to take a polarizing filter, to get stronger colours.

Travel Information

The easiest way is to go there with the public transport system, as Vienna has a very good one. Just exit at the Karlsplatz and you're there. If you want to take a picture with flowers in front of it, the best time is the summer, I guess.
