It is a really easy spot to find with more than one place to photograph the skyline of the old Danube resort.
What is nice in this specific spot is even with 10 photographers there, you still got enough space for everyone and you will not encounter any problems by being in other people's photos.

Photography Tips

I always bring a tripod, 10 stop ND filter, a 2 stop ND soft, and a POL filter with me.

Travel Information

I suggest going there with the metro (U1) and after that by foot (5-7 min). I thing is no parking lot in the vicinity.
