At Summer you can drive with a Car, with enough chassis clearance, to "Berghotel Gerlosstein", but you have to pay toll.
You can also use the ropeway "Gerlossteinbahn".
Then you have to hike about 1 hour (fast 45 min, slow 1,5 hours) to the peak.
