Austria 'Libelle' View Point Vienna
The "Libelle" (dragon fly) is a view point on the roof of the Leopold Museum, part of the Museums' Quarter Vienna ( https://www.locationscout.net/austria/35631-museums-quarter-vienna/83717 ). From there you have a panoramic view to the inner city of Vienna. You can get drinks and snacks up there, but you need not to buy something. The entrance is free. The "Libelle" is opened daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Tuesdays from April 1st to October 31st.

There is a parking facility below bur it is very expensive. It is nearly impossible to park outside so you better use public transport or just walk there when you are visting the center.
The best possibility to reach Museums' Quarter by public transport is the subwas U3 to the station Volkstheater. Be aware that the Subway U2 is out of order till 2025 due to construction works for a new line.
