The famous upper reservoir in Zell am See-Kaprun is a great place to visit during the summer. You can do many great hikes around here and experince the stunning mountains surrounding you! There are also a lot of mountain huts you can sleep in.

Photography Tips

I used my drone and created this panorama image to be able to feature the lake, the mountains and everyhting else in one picture. The entire area is extrely big and therefore its almost impossible to feature everything in one image without doing a panorama.

Travel Information

You could hike up here but its a long hike with a lot of elevation gain. Easier is to take the busses up here that drive very frequently during spring and autumn (depending on the snow situation in the mountains).
