Klamm Castle Ruin is a stunning subject from many angles. One practical advantage: you can drive all the way up to the top by car. The road leading there takes you through the Adlitzgräben – a narrow, scenic route winding through the gorge. Along the way, you'll also find plenty of beautiful photo opportunities.

The photo I shared was taken at 275mm. A longer focal length is definitely recommended at this spot.

Travel Information

You can park in the curve just before the spot or a bit further ahead at the next bend. You'll need to stand directly next to the road to take the photo. Please make sure to wear reflective clothing so drivers can see you clearly.
