Belgium Atomium, Brussels
The Atomium in Brussels is a futuristic landmark originally built for the 1958 World Expo. Standing 102 meters tall, it represents an iron crystal magnified billions of times, with nine interconnected spheres housing exhibitions and offering panoramic city views. Its reflective, shimmering surfaces at night capture the spirit of innovation and post-war optimism, making it an enduring symbol of modern architecture in the heart of Brussels.
Photography Tips
If you choose the exact right position, you get the illusion of a balancing cube. Spend time walking around and exploring different focal lengths, as detail and wide shots can all be good. Set up on the far side of the roundabout for curving taillights in the frame.
