Belgium Hoveberg Castle
Hoveberg Castle was built in 1896. During the First World War it was completely destroyed by a fire. At that time, about a hundred men of the Belgian army were billeted there.
In 1920 it was completely rebuilt.
Since 1981, the castle and its surroundings have been a protected village sight.
Hoveberg Castle was restored in 1988 and since then has been serving as a family replacement home for people with disabilities.
