In Spring this street is full of blossoming cherry trees. The exact timing may differ, depending on weather conditions and how warm it is in the beginning of Spring, but normally blossom is there in the middle of April. Duration of blossom period also depends on wind conditions but you should have a week or two.
Explore the neighborhood - there are other streets with cherries planted on them. However this one i consider as the most beautiful
