The see-through church is a work of art by the Belgian architect duo Gijs Van Vaerenbergh.

'Reading Between the Lines' is a construction of ten meters high and consists of one hundred stacked layers of steel positioned in the shape of a small church of Borgloon (Looz). The unique way of construction causes the landscape to always be visible through the church. Built in 2011.

Photography Tips

The church is nice to shoot from the outside or from the inside.
