The Dochu-La-Pass is a high mountain pass connecting the Thimphu valley and the Punakha valley. At its top, it has 108 memorial stupas to celebrate 100 years of monarchy.

Travel Information

The pass is best accessible by car. Be aware, when in Bhutan, you always need a guide as an international tourist. Parking will be very crowded over the day, so make sure to be here early or late. It's best in the morning.
