Canada Niagara Falls (Canadian Side)
Niagara Falls is pretty spectacular and is one of the most famous waterfalls in the world. Unfortunately, it's also overflowing with screaming children and tourist traps. Why did people have to go and build a Hard Rock Cafe a couple hundred yards from such magnificence?
Photography Tips
I didn't stay for any nighttime photography, but I'm guessing that'd be the best time to set up since the odds of you getting elbowed by petulant children would be lower at night. There are lots of good opportunities for interesting compositions, but unfortunately many of them are blocked off by cement barricades (people really annoy me sometimes). Going there at night could provide some sufficient cover to sneak your tripod into a better compositional location...plus, you'd have a natural neutral density filter to slow the falls!
Travel Information
Given the extreme tourist trap that is Niagara Falls, parking is obscenely expensive. There's no way around it as far as I can tell, but I also didn't spend a whole lot of time hunting for deals...
