Canada Joffree Lakes Provincial Park
The Joffree Lakes trail is a really good alpine trail with consistently good views as you hike up to the top. The first lake is very crowded since it is really close to the parking lot, but by the time you get to the second lake the crowd is a little bit thinner. The third lake (at the end of the trail) is by far the best one, and definitely worth the trek to the top.
During the hike up there are also a lot of little birds near the second lake that make for great subjects in photos if you have some snacks to feed them.

Photography Tips
This location is very photogenic with lots of mountains and 3 different lakes to choose from. I would recommend taking your time to plan compositions a little bit rather than shooting everything (which I admit I was guilty of doing).
Travel Information
The park is about an hour drive north of Whistler BC. The first lake is a really short 5 min walk from the parking lot, the second lake took us about an hour and a half, and the third lake took another 40 minutes.
