Photography Tips
Be there before dawn with a tripod. You are limited on the platform with the spots to shoot so move around to see what works best
Travel Information
In autumn and winter the park is officially closed with no entrance fee and plenty of parking. When you enter the park from the main road if you are out of season you turn left and park where the buses park. This is close to the ramp to the beach and about a 3-5 min walk to the spot. There is a viewing platform that gives to limited viewing at high tide. Please check tides very carefully if you go onto the beach, ideally you would want to be on the beach a couple of hours each side of the low tide. It can be dangerous! I was the only person at the spot.
