Canada Distillery District Toronto

The pedestrian area Distillery District consists of special 19th-century buildings that once housed a large whiskey distillery. On the cobblestone streets there are hip alternative restaurants, bars and boutiques that attract a large audience. Art lovers visit the area for galleries, open air sculptures and dance, music and performing arts in the theaters of the area. In December the annual Toronto Christmas Market is held in the streets.
