Canada BOTANICAL BEACH SEA STACK
The spot is easily accessible from the botanical beach parking lot. It is about 10 min relatively flat hike with minor descent at the end. The trail is normally kind of rocky, so I haven't noticed any excess muddy spots.
Photography Tips
I used a wide angle lens for my shot but anything up to 50mm would do. Depending on what you'd like to shoot, a zoom lens can also work for photographing waves crashing into the rocks.
Travel Information
I travelled to this location from Victoria. It is about 2 hours drive. You follow British Columbia Hwy 14 (also known as West Coast Road) from Sooke to Port Renfrew. Hwy 14 transitions into "Parkinson Road". At the end of the Parkinson road, you turn left on to "Cerantes Rd" and after 2-3 km you'll reach the Botanical Beach Parking lot.
