The southern end of Lake Abraham is a mixture of glacial water diverting into the lake itself. You will have amazing fall and water colors all around both shorelines.

Photography Tips

Find trees and other interesting subjects which make your foreground interesting and give your photo some depth. If you have an ND-Polarizing filter for your drone, this comes in handy as you will have the sun reflecting on the lake on good weather days.

Travel Information

In order to camp at the opposite side at Preachers Point (which is super nice!), you need to purchase a year-pass. The costs for this is 30 CAD and you can enter these campground as many times as you want. If you just want to park and take photos, this is free of charge.
