This is a nice park and take a photo spot called Presqu'ile shortly after entering the Cape Breton National Highlands Park. You require a Parks Canada Pass to stop here. Parking lot is free. During daytime it can be crowdy.

Photography Tips

Sun set brings the best light with stunning sun sets over the Gulf of Saint Lorence. You should stabilize with a tripod. High wind gusts although can make it difficult to use.

Travel Information

Take the Cabot Trail from Cheticamp to Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Just past the Grande Falaise, turn left into the parking lot.
