This spot takes some hunting and searching, if and when you find the pullout off the Icefields Parkway, you bushwack down to the lake then walk north ways until it looks good. This is roughly 40 miles north of Lake Louise in Banff National Park.

Scout for the access ahead of time midday if you can, then return when the water is calm. It is very close to Peyto Lake which photographs will in midday so you have a reason to scout, then returning in evening or morning to shoot - good luck. Oh, I also like to base out of Lake Louise instead of Banff. You can access Banff to the south and the better stuff from up north, as well as Yoho to the west.
