Can you visit the place at night, or after sunset? According to the Google Maps the place closes at 16:30. Is it possible to take photo from this spot afterwards?

Yes, maybe GPS is incorrect. U.S.-GPS is scrambled in China, therefore always not exact. Please use my description: The photo is taken from the North East Corner.
