The location is a 360 degree scenic platform at high altitude (3666 meters) on the top of Mt. Niubei, where the altitude is high enough well above the cloud level. The platform is 360 degree surrounding by high mountains, most impressive is 50 km away on northwestern side: Mt Minya Konka (altitude 7556 meters). You have much better chance to view Mt Minya Konka than anywhere else.

Rent car in Chengdu airport (Capital city of Sichuan). GPS: Niubeishan Visiting Center. Then, taking shuttle to the top of the mountains. There are many options available for lodging at the top of the mountains.
