The Marian National Shrine of Abidjan , dedicated to Our Lady of Africa, is an important place of Catholic pilgrimage. It is located in Abidjan in the commune of Attécoubé , Ivory Coast . The main church was designed by the Italian architect Aldo Spirito and was completed and inaugurated in February 1987.
