Czech Republic Astronomical Clock, Prague
My photo is a closeup of the clock face on the south side of this building, just off Prague's main tourist square. It is a medieval astronomical clock. The clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest one still operating.
Photography Tips
This is one of Prague's main attractions and therefore it is very busy at most times of the day. As with most world landmarks, it's a pickpocket hotspot so be careful.
Travel Information
The clock is located at Old Town Square, which is a pedestrian zone. The closest subway stops are Staromestska (line A), Namesti Republiky (line B), and Mustek (lines A & B).
