Ecuador Cascada Del Amor

Walking
From the center of Mindo, head towards the main road (Via a Los Bancos). Look for signs directing you to San Miguel de Los Bancos. The trail to Cascada Del Amor starts approximately 3 kilometers from the center of Mindo. Follow the main road until you reach a small path on the right leading into the forest. This path will take you through a beautiful section of the cloud forest. Continue on this path for about 30-40 minutes until you hear the sound of the waterfall. The trail will lead you directly to Cascada Del Amor.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mindo. Start from the main square and cycle towards the main road (Via a Los Bancos). After about 3 kilometers, look for a small path on your right that leads into the forest. This is the trail to Cascada Del Amor. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and the trail is a mix of uphill and downhill sections, so be prepared for a bit of a workout!

Guided Tour
Join a guided tour offered by local tour operators in Mindo. Most tours will include transportation to the start of the trail leading to Cascada Del Amor, and a guide will accompany you to provide insights and ensure you don't get lost.
