Check the forecast and rather drive to this location when the air humidity is high for a good chance of morning fog. Sunrise is a great option for the golden light. You will find plenty of different angles with your drone.

You can park your car just by the river and fly the drone. I didn't walk around since there wasn't a trail to explore the river itself.
