Faroe Islands Fossá, Faroe Island
With 140 meters Fossá is the tallest waterfall on the Faroe Islands. It cascades beautifully down the mountain in two sections. In dry weather, the waterfall is only a few meters wide, but after heavy rain, it can be up to 30 meters wide.
Photography Tips
Wear waterproof clothes. The winds spread the drops up to 100 meters from the waterfall. Protect your gear from water and take extra wipes with you. Go wide. 14-16 mm lenses are great here. Use a Drone too see the complete Waterfall.
