Faroe Islands Trælanípa
The Trælanípa cliff is located at the end of one of the most popular and famous hikes on the Faroe Islands. It's pretty much impossible to miss as the hike leads you directly to it. There are plenty of compositions here, and the entire place is just breathtaking and aweinspiring.
Photography Tips
Bring the widest lens you have, the cliffs are massive, and hard to get into the frame. On a crop sensor, my 15mm was barely enough, I'd recommend a wider lens. Tripod if you want to go for long exposure, ND filters if you come here during a sunny day. I'd recommend a sunset, of course, that's when this image was taken.
Also, don't be put off by the bad weather if that's what you have, I have a feeling this spot would benefit greatly from gloomy dramatic skies.

Travel Information
The hike is just under 3km and is very easy. Most of it is completely level, so you don't have to be especially fit. People walk it with dogs or just for an evening walk. The parking lot is a little outside the town of Midvagur, but be careful, as the dirt road leading to it is in somewhat bad shape (although I've seen regular cars make it without issues).
