France Bay de Tamaricciu, Corsica, France

The bay of Tamaricciu is as beautiful as the more famous bay of Palombaggia and is located in the south of Corsica close to the village of Porto Vecchio, right beside the bay of Palombaggia.

Avoid high season and you will always have enough space and time to make some good pictures. Also the next very nice beaches are easily reachable within a few minutes walk.

From Porto Vecchio follow the N198 to Bonifacio and at the first turnaround follow the signs to “Palombaggia”. After a few kilometers there’s a narrow way down to a beach restaurant and a bar. Parking is free there. At the beach walk to the right, cross a small headland and there you are. But following the road there are also direct accesses to the bay of Tamaricciu itself.
