France Le Chateau de Chantilly

Château de Chantilly is a historic château located in the town of Chantilly, France, about 50 kilometers north of Paris. It houses authentic halls, huge library, art gardens over 115 hectare, wonderful space to enjoy a day out of Paris.

Chateau Chantilly houses a beautiful museum that is worth visiting but one should inquire about the opening hours. A short walk from here there is the Chantilly Hippodrome and I believe that they hold the horse races in October. Anyway, you may enter the Stable Museum and admire the horses and have a stroll at the racecourse.
Excellent spot to take multiple photos with wide and zoom lens, long exposure - architecture scenes and more including indoor in the castle, very epic and recommended to visit.

By car but otherwise there is a train from Gare du Nord in Paris that leaves quite frequently to Chantilly. From there just take a short ride with a taxi. You can visit any time of year but if you want to enjoy the green gardens you may want to visit in spring, summer or autumn. The photo was taken in February during a mild winter but foggy mornings.
