Gemeiner Lein (Linum usitatissimum), auch Saat-Lein oder Flachs genannt, ist eine alte Kulturpflanze, die zur Faser- (Faserlein) und zur Ölgewinnung in der Normandie angebaut wird. Besonders schön anzuschauen ist ein Leinfeld im Monat Juni, wenn er blau blüht.
