The virgin island is located in the north of Brittany. The lighthouse is worth a visit because it is the highest in Europe and one of those whose architecture is most accomplished.

Photography Tips

Wide angle lens is the best here, if you want to catch the spiral of the stairs. Be patient, as there are many visitors during summer days. Bring a small tripod to avoid camera shake.

Travel Information

Come by car and park along the road or in one of the available parking places. Then book a boat visit to the island. Be carefull, the island can only be visited on high tide : check the opening times before you go.
