Mount Denise or La Denise is a volcanic peak (892 m) in Velay, Haute-Loire (France).
It straddles two municipalities: Espaly-Saint-Marcel to the south and Polignac to the north. The hill dominates the agglomeration of Puy-en-Velay located in the immediate vicinity to the south-east.
The top is covered with a forest full of twisting conifers.
From the top you have a magnificent view of the impressive castle of Polignac.
