Completed in 1509, Saint-Quentin town hall was built in the flamboyant Gothic style. Tradition attributes its design to the architect Colard Noël. Its façade features three gables (an influence of Flemish architecture). The façade is adorned with 173 sculptures. The town hall's carillon, housed in a neo-Gothic bell tower, has 37 bells
