This is the highest point in the Vosges mountains. A great place for all round views. On clear days you can see Mont Blanc and the Alps. Also a good place for long exposure on low lying clouds.

Photography Tips

As with most locations it's best to check the weather in the location first, but as this area is exposed it can change quite rapidly, the wind can be very strong. In the colder months it's best to wrap up very warm.

There is plenty of parking available quite close by on the D431.
