The photo spot is right next to the Neiße Viaduct that crosses the river Neiße from Germany to Poland. The photograph was taken from the German side looking over to Poland.
Photography Tips
To get as much in the frame as possible you may use a wide angle lens. There are a few trees so there are not so many places where you have a free view towards the bridge from the bottom. There is a viewpoint located higher above this spot.
I find the vantage point more interesting when the viaduct appears so huge.
