This is a good spot to catch the sunrise. It is located on the other side of the Old Elbe Tunnel when entering from the mainland Hamburg side. From here you can see almost all the high structures of Hamburg city and of course the beautiful Elbe river.

Photography Tips

A tripod and an ND filter if you want to catch some moving ships and smooth water foreground. And some snacks if needed.

Travel Information

Walk through the Elbtunnel. When you get out walk around the building. The spot is not well signed. So you have to depend on Google Maps.
