It´s the longest rope bridge in Germany and it´s quite impressive to walk on it because it feels a bit unstable. It moves the whole time but it´s dimensioned for 50 tons and 220km/h fast wind, so don´t be afraid. ;-)

Photography Tips

Come there with a wide angle lens. Find your frame at one of ends of the bridge.

Travel Information

You have to leave your car at the visitor centre in the village of Mörsdorf and walk about 2km to the bridge, but there are enough signs leading the way.
The bridge is pretty new, so don't be confused if Google Maps isn't showing it via satellite view.

Unfortunately, this is no longer the longest in Germany, as it has now been surpassed by the Skywalk in Willingen. Nevertheless, impressive and a good spot.
