Germany Mann auf der Leiter
Berlin (GER) - When you walk along the Spree river you can find at the eastern facade of the Paul-Löbe-Haus two green neonlight sculptures named “Mann auf der Leiter”. The men seem to wave to someone or reach for something higher.

Photography Tips
When shooting at night it can be difficult to capture the two men on the ladder without getting them blown out. One way is to shoot during blue hour. Another way is to shoot multiple exposures and blend the images together.
