I took this hot when riding on one of the many boats circling in the harbour. It was a special tour for photographers so we could get in front of this big vessel. Such tours are provided several times a year from fotohafen.de
There are also special trips provided when the event "Blue Harbour" takes place.

You need a wide angle lens and when you are there at the blue hour it should be a fast one.
